We get a lot of great episodes of "The Amazing World Of Gumball" that are entirely devoted to mocking certain tropes and there was no disappointment here! We get a parody of none other than the MacGuffin. This episode's plot is that Richard has to eat at every Joy Burger in Elmore to get a special burger. The burger that finally appears is actually called the MaGuffin. That's clever in every sense of the word. Not only is it an obvious parody of the MacGuffin, but the fact that it's originally called "MacGuffin" is also a pun on "Mac" words used at McDonald's!
We get some nice satirization of fast food restaurants too. It's too funny to see Richard get fatter as he eats all the food. For the longest time, I was waiting to review these last new episodes of this show. I kept checking every day on this website for them and after literally months, I got what I wanted! I just have to watch all episodes of this awesome show. There was also an episode of "Teen Titans Go!" that was a parody of the MacGuffin. It was just like this episode, only it wasn't funny! ****
