The only reason I continued to watch this episode past the opening credits was because I loved the 22 episodes before it.
Again, the most dangerous thing about (illegal) drugs is what happens if you're caught with them. People can pop pills and overdose on (legal) drugs all the time, but that's okay because Big Pharma is in bed with the FDA.
Nowhere in Article 1/Section 8 of the Constitution gives the federal government any authority to legislate something like this. The entire War on Drugs is immoral and any agency it employs should be abolished.
100 years ago alcohol was considered a felony, and now it's glamorized every day in society.
America is supposed to be the bastion of freedom, not rounding up "junkies" and tossing them into a cage. Crime should require a victim. End of story.
