I would just really like to take a moment to talk about the factor of PTSD and the use of EMDR in this Episode. I feel like it very accurately described PTSD and how any person is capable of developing this disorder in the event of an extreme trauma. The mention and use of EMDR was really humbling for me, as I am currently a sufferer of PTSD undergoing EMDR therapy. Having experienced this form of therapy and it's effectiveness, it being included, whilst still relatively "unheard" of (as mental health and it's therapies are very rarely talked about in mass public forum), makes me so appreciative and elated. Thanks to the cast, production, and directing of this series, and for me, this episode. I cannot express my gratitude for such a seemingly little thing. Thank you for raising awareness, even if unknowingly.
