The tank seen in Archer's flashback, while he is being choked, is a Panzerkampfwagen II, and it is very well done. In many animated series, some generic tank is drawn and swastikas are placed on it to depict a German tank, but here it a very well-drawn Pz II.
Despite what Trinnette says, the ability to use a potato to fix a radiator is false. Black pepper and eggs/egg whites, on the other hand, are true. A shaker's worth of black pepper added to the coolant is a temporary fix, as is putting eggs/egg whites into the radiator to create a temporary seal.
