The first review of Sheldon and Amy's paper that Amy read was from "Dr. Saltzberg at UCLA." Dr. David Saltsberg is the real life physicist that ensures the science, and science jokes, on the show are accurate. He often hides answers to his students' quizzes and tests around the set of the show.
Sheldon being upset with Amy for getting all the credit for their paper is pretty hypocritical: in The Leftover Thermalization (2015), an article about a paper that Leonard and Sheldon had written together did not mention Leonard, and Sheldon had no problem hogging all the credit, much to Leonard's anger. In fact, Sheldon even admitted that the editor had decided to cite him as lead scientist, and Sheldon had not corrected him; now, he is mad that Amy gets all the praise, but at least she had mentioned him many times during the interview.
