So some of the guys have a plan. It's interesting to see how much humanity there is on the one hand and how little thought there is on the other. Of course, no one is listening to the voices of reason. We come now to the end of the third season.

Is it just me or are the Martians fracking morons

Every time they show the grunts from Mars they are the least disciplined, most petty, and all around stupid of all the characters. Aren't they supposed to be ahead of everyone military wise? Yet they behave like entitled millennials. I like Draper cause at least she acts like a soldier most the time. Anywho this episode wasn't my favorite. Still not a fan of the pastor or Juliet's sisters characters. I know lots of complaining for 7 star review. That's cause this episode is still quite enjoyable in a lot of ways

Warning: Spoilers
Made an account solely to comment this episode specifically. Have loved most of the series so far. But seriously? Why are the stakes so confusing? Why does.nobody know what to do at all? The characters wander aimlessly and talk to each other while the plot tries to unfold around them, but doesn't.

In the most tense part of the series nothing seems to be going on. It's like a dentist appointment, slow, painful, long, tense, and ultimately the only thing you can do about it is grin and bear it.

I specifically want to adress the atomic bomb "plan".

What was it exactly?

-The protomolecule station reacts to threats by changing the speed limit and defends itself againts invaders -For some reason, somebody (a wholely new character) wants to throw an atomic bomb basically "to see what happens" -They, indeed, throw an atomic bomb into the thing -The protomolecule station gets angry -Based solely on visions Holden can't understand, Klaes Ashford says "oh no, it means the protomolecule station will now attack our solar system" -The other captains believe him????

-"Ok we gotta destroy the ring and be stranded here forever bcs we threw a bomb at it on a hunch"

The plot this episode was painfully convulted and truly a drag.

Also don't get me started on Jules-Pierre Mao's daughter, absolutely snorefest of a character that gets loads of screentime and doesn't do anything of substance.

The first half of season three was incredible. Really, what happened?
