The centerpiece to this episode is a gigantic family portrait of the roses that used to hang in their mansion. It has been sent to them and takes up an entire wall of their motel room. The movement of this thing is really funny. David is going to have a grand opening. It is supposed to be a soft opening, but the townspeople get wind of it. There is also big sexual tension building up between Ted and Alexis after they share a kiss when she gets passing grades and can now get her diploma. I cracked up, every time I saw that portrait.

Moira got sent the family portrait by an acquaintance.
David is preparing for the launch of his new store.
Alexis passes high school with 60's and Ted and her kiss.
Alexis invites Ted to her brother's store. The opening is a success. Ted puts on a scent and leans very closely to Alexis for her to smell. Alexis looks uncomfortable.
The store is modern and cute. Moira says she would shop in it herself.
