New tension starts to mount while a loss is deeply felt

The team has learnt of Rip's shooting and they want payback. As the tension mounts on who is responsible and the team getting ready for their payback, they each start to feel the non presence of Rip in their own way. An unlikely recruit is taken in as a new team member. After they discover a lead that would lead them to Rip's shooter, the team is shattered by the news from Ortiz that Rip is dead.

A lone CIA agent is also on the lead of a cell operation that will make her ultimately cross path with the seal team who are on the hunt for revenge of their now deceased team mate.

Disturbing

I really enjoyed series 1 the action scenes are very well done, unfortunately to fill out the characters they've given several of them mental health issues, or injuries they irresponsibly choose to ignore, these guys represent the best of the best, but are portrayed as out of control thugs, choosing retribution and self driven agendas, putting their families and colleagues at risk, as much as this adds to the excitement of the plots, it's a bit disrespectful to the men they portray.

Muslim terrorist with Serbian name

I do not like to review series or movies, but in recent years Us movie makers have big problems with Balkan people. First CIA agent speaks Serbian or Croatian or Bosnian like it is Klingon, or at least it sounds like it. Muslim terrorist leader in Bosnia is Serbian or Croat with name Dragan, As someone who is born in Bosnia and now lives in Serbia it is ridiculous. Muslims with Slavic names? Please do your homework little better. Otherwise it is great as it was in season 1

Season 1 was decent action TV, though a lot of macho bull...this is just bull

So, the two principals that clearly, unambiguously were killed during last season are actually back.

And, these characters were not even plot critical. Are the writers so bad or so busy that they can't come up with new characters, new situations for the Six guys.

Oh, and throw in an impossibly bad-ass unaffialiated female operative and the whole thing starts to really stink.

I actually wanted to finish S01, 1 episode in to S02 and I am done. It stinks.
