If you liked season 1 and 2 you will like this. Ok maybe the acting could have been better and yes this season is different from the others with more the horror factor but still good

Better than season 1 n 2

I love sci-fi horror but never could get into or understand the first 2 seasons. And they weren't very scary or interesting. Well I started watching season 3 and so much better. Yeah the Alice's hicks teeth are so distracting. Does she think this makes her natural or stand out? Dude they're called invisiline- close that thing up cuz you're a decent actress. I love my teen woofie baby in it and blast from the past Rutgers Hauer. 💕 I am in the muddle of the season and love the chef of popo son mouse. He is a very good actor. I hope when I go to season 4 it's more like this type of horror. Adios.

Starts off a little shaky, goes off the rails

This is probably my favorite season of Channel Zero. Everything seems upsetting and frustrating in the first episode as they move to a new town. Especially on the second watch, though, it's clear that that feeling of discomfort is carefully crafted and you'll see the layers get peeled back to get at the, erm, meat of the story as the season unwinds. Keep going; it's worth it!

Loved season 1-2 & 4

May sound like the wrong reason not to like something but the moment the main character was introduced and seeing her awfull teeth thats all I could concentrate on for the following episodes...I know sounds harsh....but its a massive put off. Story no different to random ones of other series...but a lot of holes it in and with lack of tension like previous series it just doesn't hold you to keep watching and instead makes u keep judging and watching those teeth again. Not good. All other series I enjoyed.

Watched every season and this is just bad
tatagraves13 February 2018
Within the first minute I was already upset by the very bad acting and unnatural dialogue. I was hoping that it would improve as the episode went on but it did not. The girl who plays Alice is simply not a good actress and it wouldn't be that big of a deal if she wasn't also the main character. The suspense has already been knocked down immensely by showing far too much. I just left feeling disappointed.

My first time watching
MommaBear3823 February 2018
I just started watching Channel Zero with S3 on my DVR (I record EVERYTHING). I found the dialogue unnatural and the beginning confusing with the switching back and forth from people in a bizarre park (who aren't seen or mentioned again in the episode), to the sisters who look and dress alike. They look to be 20, yet one is a social worker, Alice. Neither her nor her crazy sister Zoe, whose face I remember from Teen Wolf, can brush their hair apparently. Alice's gapped teeth are distracting and the main difference in appearance between the sisters. Why do they dress alike? They aren't twins. Anyway, seeing Rutgers Hauer was a surprise, and he apparently is their "name" in this season, or maybe series because I haven't seen the previous shows. So far, it COULD be interesting if they'd decide what the story is actually about. The sister Zoe's insanity, that's supposedly genetic? The weird abandoned park, that has pretty cool street lights surrounding it? The founding family of the now-slum neighborhood of Butcher's lock? Or the monstrous trolls hobbling around? Weird, but I like weird, so I will continue on and hope it improves with the dialogue and acting, as the other reviewer pointed out.

Cliché after cliché
gavinsims23 October 2020
Don't go into town at night, of course the main character head into town at night. Don't go into the park, oh we'll go into the park at night. I spent 20 minutes shouting at the TV as each cliché was trotted out before giving up due to the complete lack of imagination and creativity.
