Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman is shown unconscious before a fire poker is quite suddenly rammed into her temple. Blood spurts from the wound in the side of her head as the poker is shown sticking out of the skull for some time.
  • A man has a claw hammer placed into his mouth, which is then pulled. This causes a large portion of his face to be pulled upwards and be ripped open.
  • A person's head is obliterated with a sledgehammer, gory but not lengthy.
  • Harper steps on a wooden block that has nails on it. The nails go into her foot.
  • Harper's hands get stuck to the floor, she pulls them off, and in doing so removes some of the skin from her palms.
  • A woman is stabbed in the side of the head with a pitchfork, causing the blades to impale through the cheek and eye.
  • A screw is shot into a character's throat, exiting out their neck. They collapse and begin to bleed before a sledgehammer is brought down on their head, gorily smashing it and killing the character.
  • A person is hit in the head numerous times with a baseball bat. They spit out blood after the last hit and collapse, presumably dying.
  • A trapdoor is smashed into the head of a masked killer three times. After the second hit, their mask is broken and their face is bloodied and after the third, their eye is seen caved inwards.
  • A person's eye is gouged out and their head is pushed upwards in the way of a shotgun, which fires into the back of their head and blows a large chunk of it off.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There are scenes showing domestic violence between man and woman. The man hits and throws the woman to the ground. Can be triggering for domestic violence survivors
