Positives for this show:
  • it made me want to watch to the end
  • it had many characters I wanted happiness for
  • the annoying jerk characters were played well by the actors - I know that because of how annoyed those characters made me!
  • the heroine was very amusing during her occasional angry outbursts
  • overall, the supporting cast was strong, and characters were appropriately flawed to seem human

Negatives (for me at least)
  • the romance was very tame (this may be a positive for some viewers)
  • it was a bit exasperating waiting for the heroine to finally seek the truth

I guess that's all I have to say.

Emotional rollercoaster

The ratings are doing injustice to this amazing show. It is a little bit over streached but definitely not regretting watching this.

Good enough

Warning: Spoilers
An office drama displaying the hardships that the young unemployed face every day, during their hunt for a decent job. The theme seemed a little sad: a young woman, having been rejected for the 100th time from a potential new job, accidentally attempts suicide. Having been rescued, she hears from the doctor in the hospital where she is admitted, that one of the suicidal patients in the ward is terminally ill. Believing that she is ill, she thinks that she has three months to live. On top of that, she gets finally hired. The drama follows the principle of the mean, arrogant male lead and the good hearted but poor girl. The romance here is slow developed, as the drama focuses mainly on the office drama, as well as the girl's and her friends' condition. It was refreshing to watch, as the idea was good and well executed. The conclusion didn't come in the first few episodes, but it kept the interest high throughout the drama. However, the end was a bit not-enough as it didn't really conclude the stories, just rushed them to an incomplete ending. So, 6 out of 10.

Enjoyable with happy & sad moments
choxha4 April 2021
No boring bits. Includes a lot: themes you can relate to, romance, unrequited love & expectations in life & the things we can & cannot control. Great coming of age drama with comedy in the mix & brilliant characters. Got favourite moments but don't want to give spoilers.

Great show
jmccullough-6910928 December 2020
This show is fantastic. I can't believe folks don't talk about it more. It's seriously underrated. I'd say I'm quite a cynical person when it come to kdramas and their predictable storylines but this one is properly binge worthy. Every episodes closes on a scene that makes you have to watch the next one. (Unlike 99% of kdramas) you genuinely don't know what's going to happen.

It's fun, light-hearted, serious, sad, realistic and deals with some fairly dark topics but in a genuine way. In terms of over the top drama typical of kdramas, Radiant Office doesn't go over the top at all.

If you're in two minds over watching it, watch it. The actors and their characters are superb. The script is sharp and witty, the cinematography is just right. It's true to life and very entertaining. You won't regret watching it.

Light office story with bit romance
nofitatjam12 June 2022
Watched this because of actor Ha Seok jin, fell in love him and with all casts and the story.

It is a light drama about young people struggled looking for job and about office, about life.

It would be perfect if only they gave more romance between main lead. But i do satisfied with everything.

A must watch drama.

Ha Seok Jin Delivers!
dstjfz31 May 2023
I searched for this K-drama and finally found it on eBay, so I purchased the DVD set. I adore Ha Seok Jin. He's my favorite Korean actor (along with the guy in Married, Not Dating and My Shy Boss).

The first Asian drama I purchased was 1% of Something with Ha Seok Jin and the comedienne from Running Man. 1% is a wonderful series which I can watch over and over again. I have noted that it is steadily gaining fans online.

I found Ha Jeok Jin to be somewhat like his character in the aforementioned series. He's brash, rough around the edges, and brutally honest.

I also really appreciated the FL's performance-she was appealing, funny, and I her fantasies were hilarious.
