Christy : I feel awful.

Bonnie : This is like somebody died.

Victor : [pokes his head out the kitchen window] Sugar or Splenda?

[Marjorie glares at him]

Victor : Fine, I bring both.
Christy : Hey, how're you doing?

Bonnie : Been better.

Christy : I did like you teaching me how to skip.

Bonnie : I liked it too.

Christy : I'm sorry I blamed you.

Bonnie : Thank you.
Bonnie : 4,010 skips from our apartment to the AA meeting.

Christy : And for every one of them, I wish I had on a sports bra.
Christy : [on spring horses at the park, Bonnie gets off hers] Jill, hold hers down so it doesn't get away.
Bonnie : That is not skipping! That is a lady having a seizure! How does a person NOT know how to skip?

Christy : [sadly] My mom never taught me.

Bonnie : Well shame on her! I'll teach you. Come on,

[grabs Christy around the waist, goes in circles]

Bonnie : Step, hop, step, hop, step, hop, step, hop, step, hop!
Christy : 3 years of sobriety gone!

Wendy : I had 5 years and 7 months.

[Jill laughs]

Christy : Jill! How can you possibly be laughing at this?

Jill Kendall : I don't know! I'm trying to cry, but this is what's coming out.

[laughs]

Jill Kendall : Do you realize we got high *at* an AA meeting?

Adam : Look, in a couple hours this will all be forgotten, so just calm down.

Christy : DON'T tell us to calm down! You have no idea what we've just lost, what we worked so hard for, and now we have to start all over again!

Adam : [quietly] I'm sorry.
