Considering this show has not yet been renewed for a second season ending with Ruth and Wally driving off into the sunset was kind of an odd choice. We did get some great moments with Tae Kwon Doug and Angelo here, so there is that, but the sappy ending did not fit with the overall vibe of this show.
I hope we get more episodes, but judging from the quality of the first season who knows.
