Johnny tries to help at the restaurant and gets hooked into doing all of Twyla's (who has bad foot) work, waiting tables all day. Meanwhile Alexis and Moira have the lunch from hell. And then there is Ted who cluelessly tries to have relationships with Stevie and David and can't understand why they are hesitant. There are more pregnant pauses than any episode so far, and I loved the tension they create.

Waitressing and Threesome

Mr. Rose is given a look by an elderly woman to help out Twyla so he takes on her job of waitressing.
Alexis tries to ask Ted for more work during lunch to avoid spending lunch with her mom. Ted says he tries to talk to his mom at least once a week and sometimes their lunch goes to dinner because they talk for so long.
Stevie finds David working out breathing out very deeply to burn the fat. David says his body is being looked at more and he wants to look good. David mentions Avril Lavigne and her lyme disease.
At lunch Alexis wears an earring on just one side looking so pretty with all her accessories on her hands and wrists. Her mother has written up questions.
