It reminds me the old Romanian fairy tales. magic objects , changng the life of hero. sure, the sense is different. but the rules are the same. and the merit of Kevin Mendiboure is great , not only for the build of storyy but for the use of fascination among the pair of old shoes. a film who escapes from precise genre because it is a horror, fantasy, parable and splendid use of cliche, giving impecable cinematography and obsessive atmosphere , proposing a different perspective about ordinary situation/thing who reminds great masters of horror. so, strange of familiar.
