don't be that guy is one of his bad shows certainly doesn't deserve 0 rating but he could improve i watched it live not on amazon but when i watched on amazon it was way worse than the live i stopped at 5 minutes. i was also disappointed because the live show had only like 500 people and he didin't even stopped to say hello to his fans he went through the backdoor exit

Kenny makes amazing content every time, but if you have watched this after watching his 3 minute specials on YouTube this is going to be a let down. There is no general flow in the show. This is very far away from Kenny's usual style of comedy with middle class motifs. I guess stardom got the better of him. I hope he gets back his edge and realizes where his core audience lies. There are some die hard fans out there and that explains the 9 star rating (I'm being generous with the 7) . He is still undoubtedly the top 5 comedians in India. Its certainly not as horrible as not being able to watch it, it definitely worth a watch if you have been following his work but its going to be a little slow with a less than excited audience.
Entertaining enough for me.

I see a lot of contradicting reviews about this stand-up comedy, people hating it and people loving it. The truth is somewhere in the middle. I watched the whole show, and even though the majority of his jokes are not my type of humor, there were some good ones as well, but the best thing about Kenny Sebastian is that he can entertain. He's very energetic on scene, good mimicing, and a good storyteller. I don't regret watching it, one of the better Indian comedians I saw, but I wouldn't watch it a second time.

For people who've never seen Kenneth's work before, he is a stand up comedian from Bangalore. Music and direction are a few of his many other talents. His work involves clean comedy, and revolves around his personal experiences mostly with friends and family. Anyone can easily relate to his stories, as they represent exactly what an Indian adult goes through, just regularly. It's just basic observation, but the build-up and the narration combined with perfect comic timing and expressions make it extra special. Working with matter containing no sexual or controversial context, and yet being able to make it catchy is something we don't see very often. That's what makes Kenneth's special unique.

Watched the show live in Hyderabad and also the amazon special, no matter how many times i watch it, it never fails to make me laugh. This is the best thing I've invested my time and money on! Worth it. So completely worth it! Kenny is for sure the king of expressions and also the king of gestures. the little actions he does are so cute and yes he never fails to make me laugh. Kudos to you Kenny on your successful tour and special and even more successful future to come.

The moment I started watching his stand up I couldn't stop smiling, every joke of his was so so hilarious, the show literally made my day. Anyone who's feeling low right now should definitely watch his show,all his jokes are so relatable,they are the wittiest. He has a great presence on stage. He is one of the best comedians India has. I just absolutely admire his work. His stand up "don't be that guy" is a must watch,its like the best thing I've watched so far. Looking forward to see more stuff like these. Kenny Was Just Fabulous, I Never Laughed So Much in My Entire Life. A Must Watch For Those Who Love Stand Up Comedies. I must say, Kenny did a great job and he sang so well too. Me And My Friends Were Continuously Laughing so much that my mother came and scolded us too. Loved The Location, Loved The Show, Loved His Singing. Hope He'll Do More Of These.

Its tough writing a tight 1 hour special and it looked so watching Kenny's special. Was not expecting Kenny to do a Dave Chapelle but it was just not special standards. The jokes felt too stretched and most of the content was unrelatable. Kenny is a young guy and becoming popular at a really young age has its pitfalls. You can tell he has never had struggles in life that all artists derive their art from. I hope this is that struggle so that he can learn and improve. In summary, avoid the special.

I loved the special. The writing was not the best but was funny and that is all that matters. The tabla portion was especially hilarious. Kenny is young and is still learning. One cannot expect him to deliver Louis C.K and George Carlin level specials, but this was good. A man laughed and is happy.

Congratulations Kenny on your special! Definitely one not to miss. Just started following your work recently, but I am definitely happy to have been able to see this gem. This special shows how you have grown as an artist. From the start til the end, I had my eyes glued to the screen. Not just because you looked great, but because you kept the energy level so high throughout. All your jokes were really funny, and I loved your singing. Shout outs to the whole crew who worked on this. Loved the lighting and ambiance. I may have watched it more than once. :) Was totally worth keeping my Amazon Prime and Heera subscriptions.

Hilarious. He has got talent. He has got words. He has got sense of humor. He has got everything which makes stand-up comedian a superstar. I loved how he changed the subjects from one another. Being a spotlight guy to a guy living with flatmates then to a guy living with her mom.Stealing comedy from a guitar and a train is not easy. Well done.

I know that comedy can be subjective; but I'd be shocked if anyone like this. He's well dressed, good looking and smart. But that's not what's gonna get the laughs. The writing is poor, the impressions are lame and the accents are weird. Kenny really needs to get genuine feedback from his peers, rework on the entire set and try harder. Wish him well.

One of the reasons I started watched Kenny Sebastian was because he reminded me of my favourite comedian- Louis CK. The impeccable comic timing and the innate ability to be funny. It's comedy in its purest form- an art. Kenny's observational skills are mind blowing, and he keeps the audience under his grip in a very VERY smart manner. You're gonna go places Kenny! And we absolutely ABSOLUTELY love you. Not just because you make us laugh incessantly, but because you seem like a great human being. A humble man. (I really liked the way you credited everyone in this video- from the director to the spot boys) PS- The reason for a 9 rating and not 10 is that Kenny's signature style- impromptu, was missing. Audience involvement was kept to a bare minimum. I think that inhibits his comic play to a certain extent. Nonetheless, you're the best! Lots of love.

i am glad i was able to watch this special on amazon, due to busy schedule i could not attend Kenny's show in Hyderabad. Kenny never failed to make me laugh and this time too he did it! it was amazing. totally recommended to watch and also worth it if you are paying it for.

2 min silence for the people who watched live performance...I was expecting Kenny's same performance like his other shows...not more than that...but it really sucked.
He was performing like he owned the show & people will laugh at anything he says but he was wrong. Sometimes he was laughing alone :D
I feel he was over confident & didn't even prepare script/material for this show. Totally disappointed.

After watching various 'Chai Time with Kenny' videos, I was expecting a little more than the mediocre performance Kenny has delivered in this special. Apart from that one bit about happy guitarists, all of it sucked. Really not funny. Not worth watching the whole thing. Sorry Kenny, but it did suck.

I have liked pretty much all of Kenny's work until now, but this Amazon special is very disappointing.
It seems Kenny had a deadline for the special, so he included any and everything he could come up with and it clearly shows. The content quality is nowhere near what I have seen from Kenny in the past.
I couldn't even sit though the entire thing.

12 minutes into the show and I was done. The horrible irritating accents, the body language that no one actually has, the exaggeration of everything in every sentence. Go back to a pub and play your guitar. It was very painful.

So slow. So much over acting. So boring. Nothing to laugh. I had to fast forward every few seconds. The paid audience makes me cringe. Kenny's chai time is so much better. Utterly disappointing. And the singing! Oh, the singing. Why? He has a good voice but why singing in a comedy special?
