- Lee Miglin has tape wrapped around his head and a glove shoved into his mouth. He is then punched in the face and some blood is seen. Andrew, his assailant, then confesses to Lee that he killed two people that were close to him, and that when the police find his body he will be wearing panties and will be surrounded by homosexual porno mags. Then, Andrew drops a giant bag of concrete on Lee's ribs which causes him to cry out in pain. Then, Andrew stabs Lee in the chest with a screwdriver. The scene then cuts to his body being covered in bruises and blood.
