When they show flashbacks of Vic as a child, she is seen to have blonde hair. However, the show had already established that Vic was a brunette and only dyed her hair when she and her husband, Sean, moved from Philadelphia to Durant after being stalked by Ed Gorski. So she couldn't have been blonde-haired as a child. (It's Vic dreaming about the baby, not flashbacks.)
The sheriff hands one of the marshals his 1911 with the magazine out and the slide locked to the rear. The marshal then makes a show of looking into the bore and pulling the trigger. Apparently someone later decided they should add the sound of a hammer falling too. The problem is that pulling a trigger on a 1911 with the slide locked to the rear does nothing. The hammer cannot fall in that condition. It is absolutely impossible. There is no way the pistol made the sound.
