One jilted lover over another
Indian_Analyst23 July 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The highlight of the episode, is the beautiful portrayal of the confrontation between two men (Mr. Reddington and Mr. Kirk), who were jilted by the same woman, Katarina Rostova. Even though, we don't know what was whispered by Red to Kirk in their final moments, I believe it is "Katarina is alive. I know where she is.". When Kirk heard the news of Katarina being alive, he left Red unharmed, because, he was hopeful to be reunited with her.

Warning: Spoilers
Watching this again, the scene near the end with Red and Kirk facing each other is some of the Best Acting you will ever see.

But we are still waiting for the Answer 9 seasons in, and she is Dead Jim!!

And from that great scene we go to the stupid storyline with Mr Kaplan, this series drove me Nuts and it's doing it again :-(

Reddington VS Kirk
foamythefearsome30 September 2022
Ever since Kirk's character was introduced at the end of the previous season, there has been an ongoing battle between Kirk and Reddington over Elizabeth (or Masha, or whatever you want to call her). While it is odd that they are both are claiming Elizabeth, as if she is either of their property, it does lead to a very intense showdown between the two, resulting in an interesting series of episodes, to which this was a satisfying conclusion. We get all the information we wanted to get, and still, there is a secret kept - what did Reddington say to Kirk at the end? What could have swayed him? I have my thoughts, but will we ever know for sure? Only time will tell.

Great acting and lots of action made this to be a strong Blacklist episode.

Remarkable Conclusion
Hitchcoc18 November 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Here we are at the end of another chapter. Alexander has been pulling strings. He escapes with the help of his cronies and the deaths of several poor hospital staff. Elizabeth's DNA doesn't match, so he is not her father as he had hoped. He is dying and this puts a cork in the effort to get cells from Elizabeth to cure him. He kidnaps her. His obsession with Red and the wife who walked into the sea causes Red to offer himself in exchange for the release of Liz. There are some very intense moments as the two men face off against each other, with torture being the method. Things end with us wondering what the heck happened? There are more interesting things ahead.
