Out of the blue...

... comes one of the greatest episodes i have ever watched. This series has been fairly entertaining, fairly intriguing, very mediocre but worth watching in other words. Until this point. I am wondering if the writers got on some really great drugs just at the time they wrote this. Anyway it feels a lot like a season finale episode and i think i will wait with watching the rest of the series until it has been fully released. Cheers

What is making this series so good is that every minute everyone seems to be under suspicion.

Looks like President Kirkman will be choosing a new vice president immediately as wait until you see what happens to the recently installed vice president.

Agent Welles knows plenty and suspicion is now shifting more to Aaron, chief of staff. Even the woman who works in the White House cannot reveal what is going on.

Virginia Madsen is always playing the determined representative here. She wants to be kept abreast of everything which is occurring and the lady apparently means business. Am wondering if Kirkman will inevitably choose her as his new vice president. She is a woman who would make history and in an era of conciliation, we might see her succession as a gesture of such conciliation as she is from the opposing party.

The Vice President goes way over the top in his few minutes as President, exposing himself to be the danger he was. Wells hones in on him and the President realizes the truth. What transpires has to do with the Veeps military record and his phony hero designation. This was pretty satisfying, but there will be more to come because there is another layer.
