Of all the things, Abby is annoying.

Warning: Spoilers
Abby is hella annoying. Test Emori, ok. But then test Clarke she broke the damn machine. Like what the hell? Although the bunker storyline is interesting. I look forward to see how things go.

Spoiler warning Abby makes me so stinking mad! Why destroy the only possibility for a cure? If the nightblood doesn't work don't they ALL. Did in 10 days anyway? She's so stupidly selfish!

Of survival and giving up

"God Complex" is a really good episode that tries too hard on making the characters confront complicated and difficult to tackle decisions but that succeeds on the most part on its challenges. It ends up keeping the tension high, the story progressing and the viewer enthralled by the story of these desperate people.

Clarke, Abby and the rest are trying to see if their research with Luna can bring some results. All the while, Jaha thinks he has the answer (keeping his own god complex) and takes Kane and Monty on a trip.

The episode does a great job in keeping both story-lines gripping and with lots of twists and surprises. Clarke's group has to take very difficult decisions, and even if it comes close to being a little bit cheesy in some plot turns, it overcome this to deliver a gripping story-line. And Jaha's quest to become the most annoying savior ever is a highlight of the episode, full of tension, surprises and great moments. And if you miss Bellamy... well, he has a party to attend.

I like season 3 the best .

Actually i liked Jasper in season 1 and 2 but after that he became more and more annoying. I wish he died as soon as possible but season 4 episode 8 and he is still alive and annoying.

My favorite character in season 3 was Lexa that died soon but Jasper is still alive!!!!

Welcome to the mount weather !! They do the same.

How they think they can sacrifice some people to save themselves !

I liked Jasper. In season 1 and 2 he was my favorite character but after that he became more and more annoying. I think he should died after season 2.

Actually my favorite season was season 3 but after dead of Lexa I was really furious I hoped to find a new lovely person in season 4.

Jasper sucks

Warning: Spoilers
Wow. Clarke needed to put herself forward straight away. Or they should have drawn straws. I can't believe if was ever even debated that Emori was put in there unwillingly. They should ALL have been willing to sacrifice their lives. I always say grounders are idiots, and that's the truth. Abby said Clarke will die if she went in, but she had no problem sending Emori in. This was the last straw for Abby for me. I saw Monty liking Harper when Jasper turned her down in season 1 before getting in a fight over the bigger tent. The opening scene in this episode was so powerful and transitions so well. Jasper this whole season he's been annoying as hell, mainly because he couldn't stop mocking those who wanted to survive. That scene with Bellamy and the paralleled with season 1 (whatever the hell we want) was nice, though. The discovery of the bunker is going to change everything and the second part of the season is going to get better and better. It doesn't matter how you feel about Jaha, you can't deny he's always saving his people. I, for one, love him. The last few episodes are crazy.

I love Clarke and Roan's friendship (for lack of a better word lol)

Warning: Spoilers
When murphy tried to destroy the machine they put a gun on his head. When Abby does it everyone just watches. These ppl. And Abby ready to sacrifice everyone else even tho she thinks it wont work for sure but rest is fine to sacrifice. She would be a good leader on mount weather. The excuse "Kane and Jaha need an engineer for the mission" is kind of bogus, since the reason Monty wasn't on the list (of 100 who would have space in the Ark remnant, before it was destroyed) was because Jaha was an Engineer before he became Chancellor. Azgeda is the Ice Nation. The seal Kane spoke of is the seal from Roan, the King of Ice Nation / King of Azgeda. But the issue is validly raised "you're assuming they will will honor the seal." I know this is 2021, but when the hallucinogenic nuts came into play at 15:35, I'm a little surprised Steve didn't work in some sort of "Deez Nutz" reference. Clarke made the decision that she can't let someone else die while she is protected any longer. She reached a point where she feels one more death on her hands is too much. The idea of testing it by hanging out in the Black Rain for a while would be a decent preliminary test, but the rain has passed and they don't have time to wait for another storm to find out if it's even "that effective" They ALWAYS turn on Clarke when anything goes wrong 😭 I always felt so bad for Clarke she would always make the hard decisions. I hate Abby so much.

So much potential
RevvedReview20 October 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Season 4 could have been so interesting in the way it mirrors big decisions from seasons 1 and 2. In this episode we mirror the Mount Weather scenario and Clarke has zero self-awareness about it. Only Raven points out the similarities, and even she didn't say anything in the previous episode when the bone marrow plan was concocted.

The Clarke I knew up to this episode would never have sacrificed someone else against their will if there was no immediate danger. Even just the previous episode, Clarke put her world saving mission at risk to try to save a rando lying in the street. Now she's killing innocents when she could sacrifice herself or still has time to find another way? She learned nothing from Mount Weather, it's like it never even happened to her.

And why did everyone choose Emori instead of having a discussion? Yeah, she lied about a stranger - but even without her lie that guy broke into their building and attacked her violently. Why not sacrifice Jackson? He willingly took the AI key computer chip last season, seems like as good a reason as any to pick him.

And why does Abby seem to think that Luna has enough blood for 1000s of people? This plan makes no sense at all even if the transfusions worked.

Badass episode ever
bimalmurali20 February 2022
This is the worst episode I seen in The 100. What's the difference between the mouth whether and sky kru. Sky kru is doing the same thing as mouth whether do for surviving even though Clark become trying to good at last few minutes. She is badass character.
