Violence & Gore
- A man survives being stabbed in the neck and is executed by firing squad, very bloody results.
- Despite being shot several times, the man is still alive, he is finally executed by gunshot to the head, not as graphic.
- In the opening scene, several people are shot dead during a raid on a small village, with some fairly prominent blood spray. One woman is even shot in front of her young daughter, after which her dead body falls right next to the girl and a large pool of blood forms around her.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The first few minutes shows a village massacre but cuts away before it shows ito's betrayal (shown later on), then there is a night club fight scene a few minutes after, then ito's war against his former employers starts immediately when he fights and kills everyone at the butcher shop and it doesn't stop until the end, but since the sequel will focus on the operator, the war is not over
- The movie cuts to a scene where there is dismembered body parts resulting from an surprise explosion attack
