This buzzed about show kind of delivered. In some areas it provided the followup to Desperate Housewives and the quirky female-led shows we used to have on TV, but in other areas it fell short. The parodies of daytime talk shows were both overly obvious and missing the mark at the same time.
Vanessa Williams and Tichina Arnold are perfect for their roles. The other three hosts need time to develop, but they all showed potential as well.
