Okay so after reading reviews of this show I was a little weary to say the least but I must say regardless of skin color everyone will find something for them in this show I am a 32 year old white man and I find this show absolutely hilarious I little much on the ways of profanity but this is Emmy nominated for a reason but also this has a late time slot for a reason as well so its funny really really funny and I'd like to thank miss pat for the laughs and memories in just one season again please know yourself going into this show before tuning in and due to sex humor and swearing this is a grown folks show but a plus.

I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad I gave this show a try... I literally binged watched the first season and I'm looking forward to season 2. The dynamic between Ms. Pat & Denise(Tami Roman) is hilarious and it feels genuine. The entire cast is good! I love the uncensored comedy mixed with relatable issues in our community. It's raw and funny but at the end of each episode there's a lesson learned.
I'm sure some people will be critical due to the cursing but those of us who get it; get it!

This show is amazing as per usual Ms. Pat kills it. It hits on all levels always had me laughing but there were a few times it definitely had me tearing up. And it covers topics from everybodys different angles. This show is relatable and real and everybody will be honestly better off having watched it. Binged the entire thing in one shot and i still haven't had enough...I need Ms Pat in my life.

One of the funniest shows on TV. The comedy Is genuinely funny and we get that dose of reality delivered in a rib cracking way. The chemistry between the characters is unmatched. I had to binge it all in one siting because of how awesome it is.
If you don't like it it's because you don't get it!

This show is the best show I have watched in a lonnggg time. The raw comedy the acting the family dynamic all gets a 10 out of 10. I hope this show stays just as raw and cut because it is truly funny and people like myself can relate so much. I could have went without the gay ish but even how they spun it was good. Keep doing you Ms. Pat there is so many people that love you. If you didn't like it thats because you don't get it! Go watch something else.

This show is REFRESHING & HIGHLARIOUS! The Ms. Pat Show mixes colorful humor with REAL LIFE 💩!! It's soooo freaking relatable! I haven't laughed this damn hard since It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia debuted. The entire cast is AMAZING! Even the damn side characters and guest spots. ALL FREAKING FUNNY!! I love the chemistry between Ms. Pat and Denise. I can't wait for season 2! (THERE BETTER BE A DAMN SEASON 2 BET+ OR MY $10.99 IS GONE🤣) Overall the Ms. Pat Show is rated a MUST SEE! OMG!!! I am in love with this show. I feel this show. It is a real reflection on an unapologetic mother dealing with today's issues. If she doesn't do it then who will? She represents me. I am that mama! It is soooo refreshing to see her being true, being real! I'm from that old school where big mama would say "I can whoop ya with the same hand that feeds you." And that's being nice! When I saw this, my kids said.. mama that is 100% you. I love everything ya'll doing Ms. Pat. HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOW ON T. V!! And by the way..keeping it real ain't never hurt nobody. Curse if you have too! There are no magic words. Hell. Half the time that is the only way someone gonna move they feet. F**k all the squares on here! Ya'll know ya"ll curse too! Get over it!!

Know what you're getting into with this. It's a sitcom project focused on showing MsPat's real life experiences, so there are going to be jokes that feel a little uncomfortable and situations that you may not relate with. That said, it's laugh-out-loud funny. I can't remember the last time I've actually laughed at a sitcom.
It feels nostalgic and fresh at the same time. Elements of Sienfield (each episode starts with her standup) Roseanne (an irreverent Matriarch) and Fresh Prince of BelAir (themes about a black family transplanted into a wealthy white neighborhood).
Certainly a rewarding watch. Take off your pearls and give it a watch!

First of all Pat & Crew are funny. They do a good mix of general jokes & black jokes imo so everyone can enjoy. Secondly, Tami Roman surprisingly does a pretty good job too. (I was so ready to roll my eyes but she showed me!)
I like that the TV shows these days can cuss but it's a lot sometimes. This is definitely a show I would want to watch with the kids but it's too much for them with the profanity.
Either way this show is hilarious and you will laugh out loud multiple times. Will be watching the second season!

I absolutely love this show!! I love that they curse. I love the acting is light hearted and not over done. I find myself laughing and cursing with Pat. This is the type of show I needed!!! Truly a show of it's time, with an old school flare. They tackle tough issues and still make you laugh. That good ole TGIF feel with LOTS of cursing!!! Lol. This is how most of the ppl I know really talk. Glad this show is in BET+. I hope for many more seasons.

I've watched Ms. Pat for a few years and I've even been to one of her shows and had a great time, but this sitcom just doesn't do it for me. I appreciate the use of a live audience/taping and I liked how each episode addressed a issue that real people actually deal with, but the rest of the show just felt lackluster. There is a few clever jokes here and there but most of the jokes miss the mark and they repetitively use "White People" as the punch line. I'm not one to complain about racial humor as Ms. Pat does it in her comedy but after the 20th "White Person" joke just in the first episode, I couldn't help but feel that the joke writing was just cheap and lazy.
I love Ms. Pat and I wish her the best but unfortunately this show left me disappointed.

Blended family shoes how families should love and be there for one another. Real life issues light hearted. Such a great show with great messages. I benge watched the first season and now can't wait until Friday to see the new episodes. It is so great to laugh so hard after a hard week. Thank you so much tip everyone who made this shoe possible. The only bad thing about the show is it dosen't come on every day. Now that would be amazing to laugh like this every day. The entire family loves the show. I don't know why this review needs to be so long but ok. So keep making more shows. I really do honestly love this show. Thanks so much.....

I must admit this was a pleasant surprise. The acting is very good. So good that you forget these are characters. Ms. Pat is portrayed by the real comedian,Patricia Williams. The casting of her family members was very well done. The sparring between Ms. Pat and her sister is hilarious and comfortable. You almost feel the love between them.
The language is raw, but relatable and honest. I love the storylines and relationships. They introduce new characters well. I was skeptical about the Tommy Davidson addition, but as the episode progressed I was smiling and wanting more. Hopefully they will bring him back once a season.
If you are not offended by the language and the family trauma experienced by the main character, you will not want to sleep on this series.

I love the show and how it relates to what a lot of what happens in most African American homes growing up and how they tackle serious issues like race, childhood trauma and even things with the LGBT+ community and how it shows a family working through their problems to evolve as better people.

The show feels raw and the truth. Highlights ignorance across "all races" and suggest progression with logic and not solely on emotions. Watch her interviews to enhance your experience.
Briyana Guadalupe, Terry, and Terii, also encapsulated their roles gracefully and with precision.
Only drawback would be them bad timbs the cast had, the timbs were flagrant, especially the one with the heel, frustrated me every episode. Aside from that excellent series we need season 2!!

This show for me was laugh out loud hilarious! It reminded me of Rosanne meets the Jeffersons in the hood but they moved to the very very suburbs. I didn't intend to watch the entire season all at once. I was only going to watch maybe two episodes but after each one I would say just one more. I found myself constantly rewinding so I could hear a joke again or watch a scene again. I even watched some episodes twice. I also recognized people I know in the storylines. I thought the show was very relevant. They all have great chemistry but I'd swear Ms. Pat and Tami were sisters for real! When I first started watching I didn't even know Tami Roman was in it. It was a happy surprise when I saw her. I've been a fan since Real World. I couldn't wait to tell people about this show! I have just one question. When is season two?

It's about time! A comedy series that I can relate to. It's full of laughter as well as real life lessons. Please don't let this be a one hit wonder. I watched the entire series in one day and was quick to tell everyone I talked to that they need to check it out.. My mom and her entire bingo club is now enjoying the show lol.. I have always been a fan of sitcom writing from The Cosby show; Roseanne; Will and Grace; and The Carmichael Show. Now we have a look in a Middle-class, Black family in front of a Live studio audience. No More Laugh Tracks!!!! The chemistry between the actors feel genuine. Tami Roman is now bringing her Social Media comedy to a scripted show, which fits her perfectly. You can tell Ms. Pat is slowly becoming comfortable with with this type of comedy style and with more seasons, you will definitely see her grow. Some may be uneasy with the language, but that's the icing on the cake. It's raw and uncut. Ms. Pat's story is a story that has not been seen in sitcoms, but it is a story that some women have gone through. Most of those women can't say their life turned around, so to see a woman who's been through it and made it out, is what we need. A+ BET+
