Not a bad thriller, but confusing ending

Just recently come across this movie under the title Killer Connection on Tubi Tv.

Very nicely done thriller, but however the ending didn't really make sense to me.

Spoilers ahead So if the reporter and the stalker Janet were in on the killings together and luring the pregnant psychologist there just to steal her baby, then who was the playboy looking chick with the reporter at the end. They never showed who she was in the movie. Then they don't show what happens to the Janet serial killer either.

My guess is that the girl at the end must of been the reporters new girlfriend or something.

A reporter and her team bring along a psychologist to a wooded town to interview a serial killer who is still at large and is killing people in the area. Once they unmask her, most of the movie is her story about her messed up childhood. At the end there are some killings and a pretty well done twist.

Overall not bad.

First,let me state that i look down on ANY gratuitous sex scenes in ANY horror movie--and this was full of them. Basically soft core lesbian slasher porn,with bad slashing (i mean,that final kill was cheesy AF. Who CGIs an axe wound?!?!) i knew this was going to be hot, stinky garbage when the youtuber character mispornounced "endowed" less than three minutes in. Literally NO ONE on set deigned to correct her?!? And the "PLOT"?!? Worse than the extra series ending of "dexter" (google it,but don't watch--you'll be infuriated!!) serial killer contacts/is contacted by (i am unsure which option brought the meeting about because my eyes glazed over at points) a reporter,who goes to interview killer. SURPRISE! Killer drugs crew,seats them in chairs with MASKING TAPE (OOOOOOOOHHH,SCARY!!) over their mouths,otherwise UN/POORLY RESTRAINED (two loops of thin rope around the upper chest of a guy who looks like a linebacker for the 49ers...wink wink) and the ladies are COMPLETELY unrestrained (eventually we see doctor lady has been *gasp* hobbled only,but she never makes an effort to cut the rope. *eyeroll* anyway,killer is some angry gay russian lady named JANET. Janet *something unremarkable,easy to spell,and forgetable*. Why do i bring up her name? BECAUSE SHE WAS BORN IN RUSSIA,HAS AN ALMOST INCOMPREHENSIBLE RUSSIAN ACCENT,BUT HER NAME IS JANET *CRANE*. Who wrote this trash? A born in russia girl's name is NOT "janet crane" againyhoo.... (yes,that's "again,anyhoo not anyhow) serial killer lesbian kills camera crew,reporter is in on it,they c section the doctor and steal her kid. The dumb end. It's too late for me. I can't unsee this. But you have been warned. Save yourself.
