- Maria's father is having affairs with various women who come to his plastic surgery clinic. Upon confirming her suspicions, his wife has an emotional breakdown and stays in bed.
- A young girl undresses in front of her father. She takes off her shirt and bra revealing her breasts. When he tells her to put her clothes on she takes off her skirt and panties revealing pubic hair. She walks closer to him asking him if he thinks she's beautiful.
Violence & Gore
- The lead character either kills or causes the death of other main characters in the second half of the film. The deaths are disturbing -- especially when she slices her father's throat with his scalpel.
- A teenage girl is chased by another as they ice skate. She slips on the ice and slides into a concrete wall, breaking her neck and killing her. Her eyes and lips twitch as she dies.
- A teen boy is killed by a teen girl when she brains him with a wine bottle. He falls onto the floor, eyes wide open and bloodshot, with blood pouring from the back of his head.
- A man is killed by a teenage girl by having his throat slit open with a scalpel. Blood pours out of his neck as he falls to the floor and he is unable to breathe.
- A teenage boy's knee is broken and dislocated by a teenage girl after she assaults him with his own hockey stick.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A newborn baby is left to die (by its father) because of its deformity, as the mother yells and cries.
