- A man is stabbed through the shoulder with a kitchen knife from behind. He then falls on his back and the knife is pushed all the way through. We see the bloody knife up-close and he screams in pain. It is soon revealed that it was an hallucination
- A skull-like creature is stabbed through the head with a kitchen knife. We don't see anything but hear a crunch.
- A man experiences a seizure that kills him. He shakes and screams and falls limp. We see some blood coming from his nose.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A spider suddenly crawls up on a chair that the character is sitting in. It's accompanied by a loud musical cue.
- The main character turns to his side and a man is suddenly standing in front of him. The man looks very creepy and the main character is frightened.
- A spider with a human face suddenly appears twice throughout the episode. It screams the second time which intensifies the jump scare.
- The main characters is in extreme distress during the final 10 minutes of the episode due to him apparently losing his memories. He screams and asks for the simulation to stop but nothing can be done. Very intense and sad
- Al though it first seems like the protagonist has survived, it is revealed that he never left the first room of the simulation and due to a technical interference, his brain shuts down and he dies. Very shocking and sad
