(Warning: This post contains spoilers for Episode 105 of “Euphoria”)
“Rules” was the name on many “Euphoria” fans’ lips Sunday night — not to mention Jules and Rue’s own lips, thanks to a pair of new tattoos featuring their couple name — after the two officially became an item following the happy twist that closed last week’s episode.
That might have changed for some viewers come the end of the episode, titled “’03 Bonnie and Clyde,” however, as Jules (Hunter Schafer) looked more than a little freaked out by the pressure she feels to keep Rue (Zendaya) sober.
While “Sun Dogs” filmmaker Jennifer Morrison, who made her small-screen directorial debut with Sunday’s “Euphoria,” told TheWrap she’s shipping “Rules” just as much as you are, she can’t guarantee if the two 16-year-olds’ story will have a happy ending.

Long dreaming of stepping behind the camera, actor Alex Pettyfer made his directorial debut recently with the Tribeca-premiering Back Roads, in which he also stars.

April showers might bring May flowers, but what to do during the rainy season? Why, modern movie-lover does when the weather outside is frightful, curl up with some Netflix. (Maybe get some chill in there, if you’re lucky). While not the most romantic of movies, classic crime lovers can enjoy Brian De Palma’s “Scarface,” which lands on the platform next month. After you get your fix of an infinitely quotable and smoldering Al Pacino, you can jump ahead to the equally as disturbing David Fincher classic, “Seven.”

"Part of me wants to know what's going on. Part of me doesn't..." Netflix has released the first trailer for an indie dark comedy titled Sun Dogs, the feature directorial debut of actress Jennifer Morrison. The film premiered at a few smaller film festivals last year, and it will be available on Netflix this April. Sun Dogs is about a young, emotionally unbalanced man from a small town, played by Michael Angarano, who wants to become a soldier to "save lives", fueled by the belief that Al-Qaeda terrorists might be operating in his neighborhood. Melissa Benoist co-stars as his friend Tally, and the full cast includes Allison Janney, Ed O'Neill, Xzibit, Jennifer Morrison, Eric Christian Olsen, J.R. Ramirez, and Niko Nicotera. This looks funky and weird and somewhat amusing, might be an original American indie comedy worth a watch. Here's the first official trailer (+ promo poster) for Jennifer Morrison's Sun Dogs,...

Buzz continues the next day both pro and con about Oren Moverman’s Competition film, “The Dinner” which is definitely a must-see for each to decide on one’s own response to it. As Scott Roxborough in The Hollywood Reporter says, it “looks like just the political dish the times demand.” Produced by Caldecot Chubb, the script was originally to be written by Moverman for Cate Blanchett to direct.
