Was a big fan of this show in Season 1 but noticed through Season 2 that the writers were conflicted. Was this more a docu-drama trying to recreate the magic of the dot.com era or was this a soap? Followed the chat groups and noticed viewers having the same doubt. By season 3 the writers had seemed to favor the soap angle and I stuck it out mainly because (like most hard core fans) I felt connected to the characters. And now just past the half way point in the third season the production team gets their groove back --- suddenly I am seeing great writing, great performances, and somehow both arcs -- the computers and the characters == are moving forward. Best episode in a long time! Powerful and in many ways unforgettable.
