- The whole film is intense as a grieving woman is near constantly mistreated and unfairly hated by almost every other character.

- A man and a transgender woman have a passionate sex in the beginning of the movie. Her breasts are seen.
- A transgender woman nude breast show 3 or 4 time.(no other nudity).
Violence & Gore
- A couple of men forcibly pull a transgender woman in the car. They yell obscenities at her and then tape the scotch tape around her head and eject her in the middle of the street. She wasn't physically harmed, but this scene is disturbing.
