  Oliver Queen : I, more than probably anyone else, understand what it's like to be willing to do whatever it takes to stop Chase.

  Felicity Smoak : Then let me do it.

  Oliver Queen : Let me jus tell you how I'm seeing things. You're willing to do whatever it takes to stop Chase because I was willing to do whatever it takes to save this city... And that created him.
