Four young adults opt to vacation on Mallorca, only to find it closed except for a cannibal family. Grandpa was in a wheelchair and the big guy wore a pig's head. Nothing really new except the lips didn't match what they were saying.

Most likely this was a Spanish film trying to kill Catalan tourism.

Guide: F-word, rape/grope. No nudity.

Why do i hurt myself like this?

Ooh boy. Where to even start with this mess. First off, its a film that has been done numerous times before, kidnapped people who get brutalized and eaten. Cliches abound! Silent Cannibal in scary mask that doesn't speak, check. Victims in crude cages, also check. Killer slooooowly meandering after running victim! Check! Villian being ironically polite, check. Icky sexual assault scenes, check. Virgin creepy villian getting gifted a victim for molestation, cheeeck! Infuriating ending, yep! The only thing missing is the expected nudity. Maybe they couldn't afford actresses willing to do that? (Frankly i really dont care, but its like almost mandatory in these flicks.) But by far!! The best (worst) thing, the thing that kept me watching is the hilarious, beyond awful english dubbing. Voice dubbing is often bad but this is just unbelievable. Especially the father, who sounds like a parody of a cheesy bad guy. Plus, the dialogue was also horrible, so this is just a winner all around.

Give this a go if bad movies are your thing. If not, absolutely skip this.

Verano Rojo

Two guy and two gals - couples - in one car drive off into the country. If you haven't seen this film you've seen one like it, only this is not the usual American offering nor an Australian clone, of which there have been a few in recent years. No, these four are Spaniards holidaying in the Balaerics, but there are no language problems because everyone is fluent in the lingua franca of the Universe.

You know what happens next, horror, and in this case it is extremely graphic. They are held prisoner by four generations of one deranged family, tortured, murdered, with an attempted rape scene thrown in. You know too it can only end badly for most if not all of them. And for the viewer. Even the surprise ending cannot save this one.

Pig mask maniac

If you don't like films that are dubbed in English, then give this one a pass. The build up is a little bit longer then in most demented killer movies, but it is well worth the wait. The only thing this film is lacking is nudity, there are ample opportunities. This one has similar elements to other films where the college kids are on a spring break, only to find that there are evil forces out there looking to do them harm. The guy that runs the Bodega is very very funny. The twisted people are good at acting, the spring breakers are not. I don't see them appearing in anything else but horror films.

Cut Scene

Thouroughly enjoyed this movie! I heard they cut a scene at the end when the girl is tied up that they all tickled her before killing her. That would have been interesting.... All in all it was your standard horror/slasher film. Upon reading more, at the end when the guy had the knife to her throat, one of the pig people started tickling her feet and it all escalated into a fair few pig people started tickling up her legs, belly, belly button etc. It all seemed legit as far as I am aware but it is interesting what directors leave and edit out of a movie that's going to get the viewers attention.

Much better than expected!

Low expectations and way higher Output.

No surprising storyline, average cast and play but some nice ideas.

Give it a Try...
