My overall rating of "Gomorra: La serie"'s Season 2: 4/10
This episode is a brief and confusing introduction to the "Alliance" - the group that will be dominating Season 2's story - and a rather poorly-acted and -done melodramatic continuation of the previous episode, the Season 1 finale. There's not much logic to the goings-on either. Ciro's heist is one of the worst and dumbest capers the show's pulled off so far, notable however for the first confirmation we've received that the world of "Gomorra" does posess the technology of surveillance cameras - they're just pretty much useless.
(I've watched this series in original languages with English subtitles)
