Sylvie Brett : [tells Boden that a killer threatened her] Chief, I know I should've said something to you sooner.

Wallace Boden : Sooner? You should've called me from the scene. I would've met you at Med. Not left your side until I was sure that you were safe. Damn it, Brett. My job is to take care of my people. How can I do that if they're not being up front with me? It's gonna be okay, Brett. We are gonna figure this out.

Sylvie Brett : Oh, Antonio. The cop at the hospital, I've--I've just never seen him before and I wanted to talk to someone I trust.

Jimmy Borelli : I told her to go to you first. That's... It's on me.

Antonio Dawson : Yeah, and it would've helped to have a jump on this guy, but Gabby caught me up, so let's get moving now.

Sylvie Brett : Okay.

Antonio Dawson : We IDed you GSW victim. He's a member of a crew out of Detroit. They came here to pull a job, it went sideways somehow, and now one of them's on a warpath. There's three crew members dead already. You recognize any of these guys?

Sylvie Brett : Um... That's him.

Antonio Dawson : *He's* the shooter? The one who threatened you? You sure?

Sylvie Brett : Mm-hmm.

Antonio Dawson : His name's Dale Kjorven. We need to make sure he never gets that close to you again.
Sylvie Brett : [discovers she's banned from going out on calls while her stalker's on the loose] Chief, if this is about me not coming forward sooner...

Wallace Boden : Sylvie, I'm not punishing you. I'm taking care of you.
