I enjoyed this one, the flashbacks with enzo and bonnie add some more story, the acting was good, there was a lot to really like in this episode.

Bonnie annoys me here...

I am furious with Bonnie her resentment of Kai and the fact she had to get revenge is the reason poor Elaina is in a sleep cell. Poor Damon cannot be with his love because Bonnie got said revenge then Kai punished her by linking her life to Elaina. Damon despite this has even saved Bonnies life several time's knowing he could have Elaina back. When poor Damon cannot bare losing her anymore he sleeps in his coffin to let time pass quicker. To which Bonnie is giving him hell even though he is back to save her life yet again. She has a cheek really. Bit annoying. Glad to see the Back of the most annoying Character ever in Raina Cruz even the Heretics grew on me she did not ever. This series was badly written so mixed and matched so many stories every where. Matt is well annoying he is so nasty now get rid. He was alive because Stephen saved him poor Elaina became a vampire to save his miserable life and how does he repay that kindness by turning against everyone horrible man. Hate that they made us hate Matt he was a lovable character

Bonnie and Enzo

The highlight was seeing the development of Bonnie x Enzo in flashbacks. Bonnie slams the door in Damon's face and asks Enzo if they really have to let him in. Enzo says Damon knows a lot and they need him. They propose a deal to Rayna. She can give her last life to Bonnie as a good samaritan and they will continue killing the vampires that were in the stone. Rayna gives them names to kill as she can see what they are doing in flashes as a probationary test. We see a flashback of Bonnie packing up her stuff in the dorm - so sad that the three girls could not enjoy college together. She hears stamping and realizes they might be for her. Enzo comes to rescue her and she wakes up in his cabin. Enzo tells Bonnie to get out of her sweatpants on New Year's Eve. He surprises her with a table and light decor all over the cabin. They slow dance and it is very sensual with his hand on the small of her back. He kisses her casually and pulls away. Later on we see their first passionate kiss. Rayna agrees to give Bonnie her last life but she has many more names for them to kill first. Bonnie has a scab from the poisonous pills she took.
