It's a gripping episode.

Marcella is placed in real danger, but she's getting closer to the truth, her process of elimination is narrowing down the list of potential suspects.

A very good penultimate episode, it had action, intrigue and plenty of drama, it very nearly delivered something we haven't seen much of, happiness, we almost had some, but just when you think you're about to get a nice moment, it's snatched away, and the sinister truth is out.

Harry Lloyd has been on the radar ever since he appeared in Dr Who years back, he is a class act, Henry has been a somewhat dormant character until now. I always thought Patrick Baladi was somewhat underused, he's a wonderful actor, do you agree? Could he have been more central?

Looking forward to the finale, 8/10.

Maybe I shouldn't be binge-watching this series in one day as the last couple of episodes were a struggle but this is a better one as things are starting to fall into place as things are beginning to be revealed. The series could have been a bit shorter but looking forward to the final installment.

Marcella Goes Down the Final Path

The blackmail continues, but sometimes one needs to know who he/she is dealing with. Marcella continues on, even though she has become a target. Her actions on the night of Grace's death are still locked in her subconscious. Soon new evidence includes a series of stairways that go in different directions. Landing on one just leads to another. So we are set up for the final installment, unless a second season is going to force us to wait. I hope this is not the case. All the players are in view and another astonishing conclusion puts us on our heels. Can Marcella escape with her life and the hands of the law she represents?. And how is Jason going to come out in all of this?
