Deadline reports Curb Your Enthusiasm's J.B. Smoove has been cast opposite Geoff Stults and David Spade in The Kicker TV series pilot for CBS. Smoove co-starred in The Millers TV series, which CBS cancelled, four episodes into its second season. He recently appeared on Life in Pieces, which CBS is expected to renew for a second season.

Tina Fey is as busy as ever, working on the third season of Netflix's Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, CBS' The Kicker pilot, and various acting jobs, a CBS pilot. She just stopped by the Bravo Clubhouse, where she chatted with Watch What Happens Live's Andy Cohen about the status of her Mean Girls musical. During the interview she revealed that the show will feature a classic Broadway-style score, and none of the original movie cast.
