Warning: this episode begins a mindless, saccharine, maudlin soap opera for Watson. Note for the writers: People do not watch crime procedurals and detective shows for the soap operas of the characters' personal lives--they watch the shows for Interesting Cases. Stupid soap operas like this are mindless filler. I'd have been far happier if they'd spent the time investigating further into the case and the ramifications. Instead, Sherlock leaves to look into matters further while Watson deals with said soap opera. WHO CARES?!?!?!?!? No one!
