Well, we had Jessica briefly lose a fight, which was at least something new and fresh, but she eventually got the upper hand.

I keep asking who the big villain will be, and just after we get introduced to a potential one, he ends up dead.

This season is still fun, but the quality is nowhere near the first.

I have to say that I"m tired of the whole rogue thing. Jessica refuses to let her mother act on her own because she's a murderer, and then Jessica brings about the deaths of others. There are some questions. Trish is bumbling around. Did Geri really get help from the alleged healer. Why does our girl care about and then betray her mother?

Watchable

A fairly watchable episode, at least with there being plenty going on here. Not all of the sub plots are remarkable or even good but it's better than boredom. As ever, Janet McTeer's character continues to be the most watchable and her prison scenes are great.
