Strong episode setting things up well for the series 4 finale
snoozejonc4 March 2021
Paige deals with seeing her mother in combat mode and the mission to obtain the biological weapon affects the conscience of a number of characters.

This is a strong episode with a mixture of good plot, solid character moments and excellent performances.

There is a lot packed in and it touches on a lot of loose ends in a good way, whilst it keeps a good focus on Paige. As ever it is cleverly written with character arcs mirroring each other and plenty of irony thrown in.

The scenes between Paige and Elizabeth are so well done, I was pretty much hanging on every word they said to each other.

Keri Russell and Holly Taylor are both fantastic, with all others on great form as well.

All production values are top drawer as always.

Builds to a promising finish

Warning: Spoilers
A great teaser for the season's final episode, this is mostly about Paige and the FBI. The former is struggling with the specifics of here parents' double lives, and the latter inching ever closer to exposing William as a spy.

that alone gives the episode a shot of adrenaline, but the best scenes (as usual) are dialogue-driven. Specifically Holly Taylor's fixed expressions of fright and frustration; you can feel both of them as Paige goes through this.

She remains the poster child for collateral damage in the life of a sleeper agent.
