There were a couple of instances where the children said things that a child wouldn't actually say. For example, a child said,"What's wrong with Dad. He looks afraid." In another instance a child said, "I don't like your job." Perhaps a teenager might say these things but certainly not elementary-aged children.

In the character Mads, the writers are giving us the "bull in a china shop" paradigm. As far as crime dramas are concerned, it's an overused cliche. The good aspect is, Mads is penetrating into the lies told by Energreen. Meanwhile, he has been running away from the lies he told himself.

We can't feel sorry for Mads because he's such a hypocrite. Whenever it suits his desire to investigate someone, he's willing to tell lies. But then, he acts offended when he catches others telling lies.

Meanwhile, Bimse has blabbed his way nearly to oblivion. Nicky should have left him behind ages ago but hasn't. Will the father-in-law save their butts? We'll see. However, he really shouldn't because their dilemma is totally self-made.

With the exception of Alf and Jan, this series is devoid of heroes. The majority of these characters are lost in the delusion of materialism.
