A group of friends and acquaintances all in their twenties and thirties move in to a disused hospital to form a kind of commune, each for different reasons. On the first night we see a party held for Sam to celebrate his birthday, but trouble strikes for couple Kate and Anthony when his absent friend Lulu arrives, instantly there is sexual tension between the two, Kate is not impressed. Also troubled is birthday boy Sam who seems to have unanswered questions of his own.
Part 1 is off to a really good start, for me Crashing seems like a funny version of This Life, it's got that mix of young adult, all the angst that comes along. Funny, endearing, I'm looking forward to seeing what stories unfold and how the characters develop, am both enjoying and looking forward to more.
