Warning: Spoilers
This episode focuses more on Tagoma, but there is a little bit of a disappointment with this. Captain Ginyu as the Namekian frog appears and controls Tagoma. Apart from the fact that it would have been better to see Tagoma as himself, this plot line makes no sense. Captain Ginyu gives a backstory on how he was trapped in the frog's body for decades before this day. He mentions how he got to Earth and remained there. Kid Buu blew up the Earth and everyone on it. He must have been on the Earth when it was destroyed. Even ignoring the fact that he couldn't have been resurrected by Namek's Dragonballs (as they only wished for those who are not evil to come back) it makes no sense why he wouldn't mention this or why he was brought back in his frog body.

In fact, it seems like these are the same kinds of inconsistencies that were in "Dragonball GT". This anime is far superior to it even though it does have some of the same problems. I guess the simple answer is that this is a great show whereas DBGT wasn't. This just has better writing and handles the Dragonball mythology better. Ginyu does get defeated easily and then Freiza defeats Gohan easily. No mention in the title on how Piccolo dies? Well, they don't want to spoil it. ***1/2
