My jaw dropped. I always loved this show. But, how could Renee not win? Unbelievable! YOU KNOW YOU MESSED UP BC YOU BROUGHT HER BACK THIS SEASON.

You should be ashamed of yourselves.

a halloween tradition

I have been watching this program for the past year and this year and it seems to be a Halloween tradition around Halloween it is very educational to watch you can learn a lot about how to bake and even get some ideas for your own Halloween treats all of the contestants are very like able as is john Henson ;this seasons host ;and the judges are mostly nice as well but honest and fair at the same time I am glad they changed the host this season Jeff Dunam had a very bad habit of cursing on the show and this is very family friendly show I love it and thank God for it I say if your looking to get festive this is a perfect way to start prepping for halloween

2023 RAMPED UP!

This is the best season ever. Don't change the lineup of host or judges ever again. John Henson is PERFECT! And the three judges, Carla, Zac, and Stephanie are great sports and personalities. The costumes are outrageously fun and over the top. You have a winner...don't change ANYTHING. The theme this year is also superb, and tying in the contestants to the carnival theme also is engaging and entertaining. This year is a winner!! Don't mess with perfection. I have watched this show since its beginning, and it has developed into the delight that it is now. I learn a lot from this series, and the other baking championships, but I look forward to this one most of all. Thank you for getting it to this level.

I just watched season 6 and it ruined the show for me. I never watched this show before and will never watch it again. All season Renee was the top baker. She had the best reviews even on the last episode. Then they say she didn't win. I would definitely feel shorted if I was her. She definitely should have won. Things like that ruin a show for me and makes me never want to watch a show again.

It's an ok show but the cake decorating sucks.

I started watching this with my family cause we thought it would be fun and cool to watch, since it's nearing halloween. We were wrong. The funniest thing about it is the decorating. It's a halloween BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP. They should know how to decorate a cake better than they did. There were cracks in fondant, and the cakes were overall ugly. To top it all off one of them literally had raw pie crust. The judges don't even say anything about it either. Only if they don't enjoy something taste wise. They just don't judge as hardcore as you would expect. I'd rather watch halloween wars which is far more entertaining.

Decorated by Children?

I really don't understand how these bakes make it to TV. The decorating is a joke. Everything is messy, fondant is cracked, detailed are halfa**ed - looks like a toddler was in the kitchen. Actually I've seen the Kids Baking Championship produce better bakes. I'm sure the cakes taste fine but what happened to the standards food network used to have? I don't mind the judges and their costumes, although some of those costumes are wild lol. Really my complaint is truly the decorating. I do wish the judges were more critical of the decorating. Halloween Wars is much better in terms of decor but over all I'm sad this is a show made by adults.

John Henson is the worse host of all time!

The fact that the Food Network would go back to John Henson hosting is vile. They have lost me for good. So many possibilities of new hosts and they go back to a guy who picks on and harasses children... sick. Another corrupt network on the take that has no moral values. Byeeeeee!

Not really a competition

Very liberal with how they use the term "Championship" as they explain rules but then just select who they want to move on because it's a better story. Contestants blatantly skip "key" ingredients and/or present "terrible attempts" at basic baking elements yet some how advance to the finale because "their story has touched me" according to these "judges". Wild reactions and unnecessary digs at their co-judges but sure she's on multiple tv shows so let her say and do what she wants. Jeff Dunham is a delight and brings a fun element. Worth watching for cool dessert designs and crazy mixtures but not a competition.
