Red is on the offensive and seeks out Susan Hargrave "Scotty" in order to find out who set up the killing of Elizabeth. There is further work to get at the methods for honing in on people's whereabouts. Susan is a bloodthirsty killer who wields tremendous power. Red goes to meet her at the Baltimore/Washington International Airport. It is going to be an ambush but he ignores the warnings and gets in anyway. He is apprehended when Susan calls 911. But, of course, he has an endgame. One things that must be said. I know these are all fictional characters, but numerous unstable or frightened people have pointed a gun at Raymond's head. It would be astounding that an itchy trigger finger didn't do him in by accident. Just a thought. Well crafted episode that takes us to Mr. Big.

This episode begins with Susan Hargrave who flirts with Samuel, one of her business partners. Tom is gonna help the task force to capture Susan Hargrave. Red has a conversation with Laurel Hitchin who surprisingly is still alive. Red shot down Bradley, one of Susan her helpers. Red pays Samuel a visit to find Susan her location. A FBI team raid the Halcyon headquarters. Tom is trying to get information from Amanda's computer, he succeeded his mission. Red has a appointment with Susan Hargrave, Red got arrested by the police but one of the officers is his helper. Red holds the other officer as hostage. Red and Susan have a meeting, Dembe and Baz shoot al the guards down. Red shot Susan in her arm. Susan says that she was been hired by Alexander Kirk, the new name on The Blacklist. Really amazing episode of The Blacklist Season 3, with the Dutch actress Famke Janssen who plays this role very nice. James Spader was on his highest acting this episode.
