***SPOILERS*** What is so bad about this episode is the fact that the story changes from Mike and Chuck being forced to give out candy, to being "victorious" in some kind of unspecified challenge. The doing of this thing is based on the main wind-up scaring Vanessa and Carol into thinking that they had given out Marijuana candy to children on Halloween by mistake.
The jist of their "victory" is the idea that Mike and Chuck had planned the whole thing right from the start. If you (as I) watched the show, you realized that if that was true, they would never have given out anything BUT candy. Instead, they gave out various other gifts, including Carol's master's diploma. Acting was good, but the desire to make Mike the eternal hero is stupid to start, and dumber yet to keep on with. Lame, a 6.
