• Tom Winston : [explaining the night of murdering Sarah's mother]  It was the only way I could save you from the two of them.

  Sarah Bennett : No. Why couldn't you have just called Children's Aid or sued for custody, or, I mean, hell, you could have even kidnapped me.

  Tom Winston : Sarah.
