Is Eddie Morra a bad guy?

The whole premise of this is a bit silly... but it does advance the storyline pretty well.

A brilliant episode

This episode manages to set up stakes from every angle and really makes the whole episode intense, Brian is as great as ever and Piper is also good.

I'm unsure if I have any reason to fault this episode, it build stakes and then at the end surprises and then surprises again.
