Had the pleasure of catching this film at two festivals, Whistler and Vancouver. I hope it gets the opportunity to reach a wider audience. It's a very clever take on what it is like to date in the modern age and how hard it can be to meet people. The lead character is a slightly off kilter young woman played brilliantly by Lauren Donnelly. She hits the comedic notes perfectly with an honesty that brings serious creepiness to her portrayal. With a lot of her dialogue directly to camera any inauthentic moment would be easy to point out, but Ms. Donnelly is sincere at all times. Definitely a short and a performance worth seeing.
