The IBM 3033 Mainframe acquired by Mutiny requires an air-conditioned raised-floor computer room environment. It is shown to be running in a basement with no special environment Also, when Gordon finally gets it working, the terminal screen shows it booting to "IBM Personal Computer DOS" which cannot run on the IBM 3033.
The auditorium of the real Castro Theatre in San Francisco is twice the size of the theater that is used for the "Are You Safe" talk, and it has a much more ornate proscenium.
